Tap on your name or avatar at the top of the screen to open your Profile. Here you can view your user account's data, the app settings, or you can log out of your Teamwire app.

Profile picture

Tap the profile picture (or its dummy image) above your name. Choose a picture from your gallery or use your camera to take a photo.

Profile information

Tap the  next to your profile picture to view and change your profile information.

All data shown above Your Account can be maintained and edited by you.

First name and last name are mandatory information and will help your colleagues recognise you in their list of contacts. All other data are optional.

Your Account

These are the information of your user account stored on the Teamwire server for logging in to the app.

Your phone number will only show up if you have registered with the two-factor authentication (email confirmation and PIN by SMS) and is not visible to other users. The number is hashed before stored on the Teamwire server to secure your information. You cannot change the number manually. However, if you register again with a different phone number, the data will be overwritten with the new input.

Change password

Below your profile info you find an option to change your password.

Tap Change password and a PIN will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the PIN and the new password, and confirm your changes once more by tapping Change Password.

The process can be cancelled at any time by tapping Cancel in the left upper corner of the screen; you will keep the current password.
