Address other users directly in a group chat, grab their attention or loop them in an ongoing conversation. Just type @ and then select a user from the list of chat members. Alternatively, you can use "@all" to get the attention of all the members in the chat. If the mentioned user has muted the chat, the setting will be ignored and they will receive a notification.
Please note that backend version prod-18.6.0-2024-02-16-08-33-22 is required to use this feature. - Mark all as read
Too many chats with unread messages when coming back from vacations? Use the new button "Mark all as read" to clean up your inbox quickly. This option will also appear on the Unread and Archived tab when you have two or more chats with unread messages there. - The file size limit for attachments has been increased to 30 MB

We are excited to introduce the overhaul of our iOS app, all aimed at giving you an even better messaging experience.
This release includes several changes and fine-tuning, resulting in improved navigation and making app features easier to find.
We would like to highlight the following enhancements in particular:
- The 3 main sections are now called "Chats" (previously Messages), "Directory" and "Account" (previously Profile)
- There is a new top navigational bar that improves the discoverability of features in the main sections
- Mark chats as read/unread
Chats can be marked as unread, allowing you to easily add a reminder to conversations which you want to go back to later. You can also mark a chat as read without opening the conversation. - Pin chats
Pinned chats will always stay at the top of the user's inbox, even if more recent messages have arrived in another chat - Mark chats as favourite
Favourite chats are displayed in a dedicated tab in the user's inbox, allowing them to organise their conversations and access favoured chats more quickly - New inbox filters to better organise your chats and quickly find them. Now you will have: All chats, Favourite chats, Unread chats, and Archived chats
- The "Emergency Alert" feature has a fresh new design to create a more seamless integration with the whole application
- A new system permission that allows you to receive critical notification alerts even when your phone is on mute/do not disturb
- Upgraded avatars for group chats and users without an uploaded photo to better identify them and to create a more vibrant and delightful experience while collaborating
- A new "Sort by" option in the Directory section so that you can sort all your contacts by your preference
- When entering a chat with new messages, you will now be placed at the top of the new messages so that you can directly start following the conversation
- A new "Back to bottom" button which will appear while you check previous messages
- New ways to see and use all the actions that you can perform on a chat, like pin, favourite, mute, close, etc. Tap and hold down on any chat in your inbox to see a new menu with all actions, or swipe right or left the chat cell to find them there.
- When using the camera, you can now take a photo by using the volume button on the side of your device
- Improved push notifications and in-app notifications, so you can get all the information you need at a glance
- Teamwire supports 8 more languages: French, Italian, Dutch, Turkish, Portuguese, Finnish, Polish, Czech, and Croatian
- Updated AirWatch VMware SDK (Swift) to version 23.07

We are glad to introduce Live Location to the list of supported attachments. With this new feature you can share your location in any chat, allowing other participants to see and track your movement in real time. Up to 50 members can simultaneously share their Live Location in a chat.
