1 Teamwire offers three options to log in on the app.

20 When starting Teamwire for the first time, this option can be accessed by tapping **Register.** This is a common two-factor authentication; therefore, make sure you have access to your email account and to use a mobile number allowing you to receive the PIN by SMS. Your mobile number is not shown to other users.

26 To register via email and SMS, please follow these steps.

28 1. Select your country code and enter your mobile number (without country code), e.g. 07911123456 or 7911123456.
29 1. Enter your business mail address.
30 1. //OPTIONAL: If a backend hostname is required during the registration process, you can obtain this from your administrator. By default, leave this field empty.//
31 1. Providing you are satisfied with the terms of service and privacy policy, please accept them and tap **Next.**
32 1. Open your mailbox. You will receive an email with a weblink to confirm your address. After doing so successfully, return to the Teamwire app and tap **Yes, I confirmed my email.**
33 1. You will receive an SMS with a 6-digit PIN. Enter the PIN into the app.
34 1. Teamwire will automatically start synchronising your messages and contacts. Please do not close the app during this process.

36 As soon as you enter the message inbox, you are ready to use Teamwire.

38 In case you change your mind during the registration to use the password login, simply go back and select the option **Have a password? Log in.**

69 ** A Teamwire admin has created a password for you. Admins can create and send you a password. For security and privacy reasons, you should change your password after your first successful login at your **Profile > Profile information.**

77 In case your mobile is managed by a MDM system, authenticate to your MDM software (e.g. "MobileIron Mobile@Work" or "VMware Intelligent Hub") to continue the sign in process.

79 This can be one of the two processes described above (**by email and SMS** or **by user ID and password**) or by automated registration. During an automated registration, you will not need to enter any of your Teamwire user data. The app will automatically start synchronising your messages and contacts. Please do not close the app during this process.
