If you experience issues during your login at the Knowledge Base, please check your credentials.

Do not use your email address, but the username you've created.

You can find your username in the email which you've received to validate your account:

PS. Your Knowledge Base account is not connected with your Teamwire Dashboard or Helpdesk account.
