7 Your email address and mobile number used during the login **are not visible to others by default**. Your email acts as a unique identifier in the Teamwire system while the mobile number is used as two-factor authentication only.

9 You can **choose to add a mobile or phone number to your profile information**, which will be visible to others. It is up to you, if you'd like to share your number. To add a phone number, open your Teamwire app and **go to Account > Edit profile > Phone**. This number will be visible to any user that is able to find you in their directory.

11 You can **choose to show your email address in your profile information**. In the Teamwire app, **go to Account > Edit profile > Show email to others**. Your email address will be visible to any user that is able to find you in their directory.
