Your email address and mobile number used during the login are not visible to others by default. Your email acts as a unique identifier in the Teamwire system while the mobile number is used as two-factor authentication only.

You can choose to add a mobile or phone number to your profile information, which will be visible to others. It is up to you, if you'd like to share your number. To add a phone number, open your Teamwire app and go to Account > Edit profile > Phone. This number will be visible to any user that is able to find you in their directory.

You can choose to show your email address in your profile information. In the Teamwire app, go to Account > Edit profile > Show email to others. Your email address will be visible to any user that is able to find you in their directory.

Information

It is possible that a phone number is already provided in your profile without your intent. In this case, please get in contact with your Teamwire administrator since they might have provided a phone number via LDAP synchronisation.
