d. Your Profile
To access your profile, tap your name and profile picture at the top of the message inbox, or select Profile and Settings from the menu in the upper right corner of the screen. Here you have the option to change the data of your user account.
Profile picture
Tap your profile picture insp. the dummy picture. You can choose an existing picture of your photos and images from your Gallery or take a photo with your Camera.
Tap your profile picture again to change or remove the image.
Profile and contact information
Tap Profile Information to view and change your data.
First and last name are mandatory information and will help your colleagues recognise you in their list of contacts. All other data are optional.
If you add a phone number or email address, other users will be able to view this information in your profile and contact you by phone or email.
Account data
Tap Profile Information and swipe up to view the "Your account" section.
These are the data of your user account, which are stored on the Teamwire Server for app login.
Your mobile number will only be stored if you have registered via email confirmation and PIN via SMS. It is not displayed to other users and is encrypted before stored on the Teamwire Server.
You cannot change the number manually. However, this info will be overwritten when you register again with a different mobile number.
Change password
Tap Profile Information and swipe up to find the option "Change password".
Tap Change password and a PIN will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the PIN and the new password, and confirm your changes once more by tapping Change password.
The process can be cancelled at any time in the upper left corner of the screen; you will keep the current password.
