I can't find old chat messages. How far does my chat history go?

When you log into the app, Teamwire will sync all your messages according to the message retention period defined in the Teamwire Dashboard. The default setting is 90 days and can be increased.

If you require older messages or attachments, please contact your Teamwire administrator.

Information

Please note that setting a longer message retention period may increase the synchronisation time and login process of the app.
