If you experience issues during your login to the Teamwire app, try the following solutions to common login issues.

Check your credentials

  • Make sure to use your business email address.
  • If you're trying to login with a password, check your password for typos.
  • If you're trying to login via email and SMS, check your email address and mobile number for typos.
     

Define the server address

Sometimes, Teamwire is not connected to the correct server. To resolve this, you can try defining the server address manually. This is especially helpful if you're using the app on a company network or with a mobile phone carrier.

How to define a server address in Teamwire:

  • In the login screen, open the icons-settings.svg Advanced section
  • Enter your credentials
  • Enter the following Server / Backend Hostname: backend.teamwire.eu (without http/s)
  • Continue to log in as usual

This server address only applies to Teamwire Cloud users. If your organisation is hosting their own Teamwire Server, please contact your administrator to obtain the correct address.

Contact your Teamwire admin

If the options from above do not solve your login issue, please get in contact with your Teamwire administrator.

They can create a one-time password which you'll be able to change after your next successful login.

In addition, your admin should check if a configuration setting is preventing your login: Troubleshooting for admins (additional access permission might be required)
