1 To access your profile, tap your name and profile picture at the top of the message inbox, or select **Profile and Settings** from the menu in the upper right corner of the screen. Here you have the option to change the data of your user account.

11 Tap your profile picture insp. the dummy picture. You can choose an existing picture of your photos and images from your **Gallery** or take a photo with your **Camera.**

22 First and last name are **mandatory** information and will help your colleagues recognise you in their list of contacts. All other data are optional.

24 If you add a phone number or email address, other users will be able to view this information in your profile and contact you by phone or email.

28 The email address and mobile number used during registration or login are **not** stored in your profile information and cannot be used by other users to contact you. You will have to explicitly enter this info in your profile first.

35 Tap **Profile Information** and swipe up to view the "Your account" section.
36 These are the data of your user account, which are stored on the Teamwire Server for app login.

38 Your mobile number will only be stored if you have registered via email confirmation and PIN via SMS. It is not displayed to other users and is encrypted before stored on the Teamwire Server.
39 You cannot change the number manually. However, this info will be overwritten when you register again with a different mobile number.

49 Tap **Profile Information** and swipe up to find the option "Change password".
50 Tap **Change password** and a PIN will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the PIN and the new password, and confirm your changes once more by tapping **Change password.**
